Delete Account & Data
You can delete your data directly from the GiftCheck app, anytime, with no need to contact us.
Deleting registration details (all users)
- Open GiftCheck
- Go to Settings -> My Info
- Tap "Delete my registration data" and confirm
This immediately deletes your name, phone, email (if provided), and update consent from our server. Cards stored on your device are not affected.
Deleting a cloud backup account (Ultra subscription)
- Open GiftCheck -> Settings -> Cloud Backup
- Tap "Delete Account", verify your identity, and confirm
This immediately deletes your cloud-backed card data, encryption key, sign-in account, and registration details.
Deletion is immediate with no additional server-side retention period. Cards stored locally on your device are deleted only by uninstalling the app.
